Additional Guidelines

  • Non-print-ready artwork (background not removed) incurs an additional fee.
  • Minimum embroidery prices apply for pocket-sized logos.
  • R4.6/1000 stitches. For bulk order of 50 and more discount elegible.
  • Can you embroider names on existing logos?

    • Yes, we can add names below or above existing logos for personalization

  • Can you embroider on items I provide?

    • Yes, we offer embroidery on customer-supplied items, but we can’t guarantee results on pre-worn or poor-quality garments.

  • Can you match specific thread colors?

    • Yes, we use Colorful thread and can match most colors closely.

  • Do you charge for digitizing logos?

    • Yes. Pictures and logos R180-R300 and words Larger than 12mm is R60 digitizing fee (if the font name is provide), if not R80.

  • How durable is embroidery?

    • Embroidery is extremely durable and typically lasts the lifetime of the garment when properly cared for.

  • How long does embroidery take?

    • Production time is typically 5-7 business days after design approval, though rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee.

  • How should I wash embroidered items?

    • Turn garments inside out, wash in cold water, and avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

  • What file formats do you need for embroidery?

    • We prefer high-resolution .jpg or .png files. We’ll digitize your artwork for embroidery. Vector files such as .ai do not work for us.

  • What’s the maximum size for embroidered designs?

    • The standard maximum size is 80-100mm for pocket-sized logos and 265mm x 265mm for back designs.

  • What’s your minimum order quantity for embroidered items?

    • No minimum order but Prices are higher for smaller quantities.
